What can I say, there are so mnay things that you can say or do in this world to show that you are thankful for something that someone else does for you in one way or another. This particular case is an exception. I personally believe there is no way I will be able to thank you enough for what you did for me. I went from being in a stressful situation where I wasn't able to just be a kid, to being able to be a kid again. I can walk and run and even play sports. It went from helping my mother to me and now on to my brother. I don't think you'll ever know how thankful we are. But in this letter I just watned to say.... Thanks for helping us through this bump in the road.

Dear Amit,
I wanted to thank you for another fun (yeah, fun!) and extremely helpful physical therapy session. This was the third time my doctor has sent me to ACCELERATED Physical Therapy for my back. And each time, I've looked forward to coming. Most people dread going through physical therapy, but you make it enjoyable. You're very professional, up-to-date, and fully knowledgeable about the best treatments for my problems. You're very personable and easy to talk to. I have seen many other physical therapists who, after showing you once what to do, leave you to do it on your own. That's not a good thing because proper form is so important to effective exercise. If nobody watches you, you may not get the benefit from the exercise and can end up hurting yourself.
You are hands on. You watch ever patient as though he or she were your only patient. I've sent my son and daughter to you, and they had the same feeling. I also sent a friend who was very happy with the results she achieved with you. Whenever I hear from soneone needing a P.T., I always recommend you highly, telling them you are the best out there!!

I had gone to two primary care doctors and one neurologist for the pain in my neck, shoulder, and arm to no avail. There was no help for me till I went to my physical therapist, Amit Gaglani. He gave me an examination whereby he knew right away what was causing my pain; and went about the proper therapies to correct my problem. He also suggested ways to correct my posture that would alleviate the issue for the future. In a month I was back to normal. He is the nicest, most clever physical therapist I have ever met and I would recommend him to the world at large. He is the BEST out there.

I was referred to Amit Gaglani of ACCELERATED Physical Therapy by my doctor for back pain that had plagued me for over a year due to a horseback riding accident. To my relief, the pain began to subside within two weeks of treatment and my back was feeling better than it had in months. Amit is professional but personable and he sincerely cares about his patient's progress. He is detail oriented and customized the treatment to meet my needs. In addition, Amit was more than accommodating to my schedule so that I could attend therapy without missing any work. Although my back pain was persistent, Amit would not give up. He shared my goal of easing the pain and getting me back in the saddle.

When I came to ACCELERATED Physical Therapy I was had so much knee pain that I was unable to get down on the floor and play with my 18 month old granddaughter. After 12 sessions with Amit Gaglani I am proud to say that I am now able to get up and down from the floor with a lot more ease and this makes me and my granddaughter very happy! I highly recommend ACCELERATED Physical Therapy.

The treatment I have received at ACCELERATED PT has been excellent.
I have more mobility now. I've learned strengthening exercises and also the correct way to do things (bending, lifting, etc.) to minimize pain and prevent damage.
Amit is a warm and caring professional. He is more than happy to answer all your questions.

I was referred to Amit Gaglani for physical therapy by my physician after I complained of severe increasing pain in my right ankle. I was diagnosed with acute Achilles tendonitis. I was in extreme pain especially when I touched the area. I could barely put any weight on the afflicted ankle. Upon awakening from sleeping, the area was rigorous and tender. This situation was affecting my daily routine and preventing me from exercising and enjoying any type of recreational activities.
Amit provided professional, courteous, one-on-one physical and educational therapy. From the very first few sessions, I noticed a difference in the way the pain felt. As the program became more intense with stretches and exercises for the Achilles tendon, Amit incorporated exercises to strengthen muscles in other areas of my body that directly and indirectly affected the inflamed area. I noticed that I became stronger, especially in lower extremities and gained greater endurance in performing everyday tasks, such as walking up stairs.
I can't thank Amit enough for all his professionalism and care. The physical therapy experience has proved to be very therapeutic. I definitely feel a world of difference since I've been working with Amit, and will continue to apply the stretching and exercises to maintain strength long after the therapy is complete.

I came to Accelerated Physical Therapy in the middle of January, 2006 in very great back and leg pain. My right leg actually weakened due to compensating for my back problem.
Amit was recommended to me by my daughter and son-in-law, who are both Chiropractors.
They said if any one could help me, he could – and he did – big time!
He has taught me, through his techniques, to make myself stronger and therefore, control the pain which has given me my normal life back. What’s more, he is always there offering his help, if need be for the future. What I have learned from him is invaluable as I don’t have to feel dependent if my pain comes back – I know what to do for myself and I know where to find him!
